During our training sessions, we will deliver differentiated basketball fundamentals and fitness instruction designed to fulfill every athletes needs. Fitness is a key component to becoming a better all-around player. Under our mentorship, all athletes will enhance their self-esteem, character, and become a complete basketball player physically and mentally.
Coach C shares a passion for basketball that goes back over two decades ranging from playing in CYO to AAU teams. A former varsity baseball player at Christ the King Regional High School, Coach C has always been a multi-sport athlete. Coach C is an elementary school teacher for over 5+ years with a strong passion for teaching children of all ages. Coach C is also a former varsity assistant basketball coach at various NYC high schools. A Queens native, Coach C has a dual bachelor’s degree in Childhood Education and Children Studies from Brooklyn College and a master’s degree in Special Education from Queens College.
Coach Ross has played the game of basketball since the age of 8 and had dreams of becoming a professional athlete someday. It all started by getting cut from his high school team, which gave Coach Ross the motivation to constantly work on his game with hopes of making the team someday. During his senior year in college, miraculously Coach Ross became a walk-on for his college team. Coach Ross has 8 years of experience coaching varsity basketball at the high school level and currently is a varsity head coach at a New York City public high school. Coach Ross is a high school Physical and Health Education teacher for the past 5 years and has taught at the elementary school level for 4 years. Coach Ross also has worked in community relations for the NY Knicks for 3 years. A Queens native, Coach Ross graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education from St. Francis College and a master’s degree in Sports Management from Brooklyn College.
